Stephens Gramling, LLC was built from a turning point. After 14 years in the industrial and HVAC industry—years spent reading mechanical drawings and coordinating complex commercial projects—our founder faced an unexpected layoff. What could have been a setback became the moment he finally pursued the dream he’d carried since he was 20: building and creating through real estate and construction.

Encouraged by family and close friends already in the industry, he took his first steps by investing in property and stepping fully into the work he was meant to do. That journey, born from resilience and clarity of purpose, became the foundation of Stephens Gramling, LLC.
